Mother Nature has plans to provide a lot of snow for more skiing this season. Current predictions are for 5-8 inches of snow both Saturday night & Sunday day. So let's take advantage of the natural snow and go skiing. The trails at Hyland are lighted so we do not need to worry about daylight hours.

**Contingency plan is to go hiking if we do not get enough snow. I will know by 1 pm if they have groomed the trails and will post a comment to say if we are skiing or hiking.

We'll meet in the gathering room inside the visitor center. This will allow for people to change into their ski gear if you do not want to drive with it on.

After the ski (our hike) we can go to Wooden Hill brewery which is close by. They do serve food for anyone that may be hungry.

*New skiers - I can try to help with learning to classic ski. Watching some videos from true instructors on You Tube is very beneficial.

Please keep your RSVP updated. If you are running late due to traffic, please comment on the event so we know to wait. We do not want to wait if we do not know if the person is coming. Also, it is respectful to the leaders who are taking time to organize the event.

By signing up you agree to release the organizers, event hosts and other members of the event from any liability. Be prepared for whatever the weather or trail may throw at us!

Hope to see you on the ski trail!
