Sunday Hike + Ales + PUPPIES

On Sunday June 7th, Warrior Dog Rescue is having an adoption event at North 20 Brewery in Rosemount. Whether you are interested in adopting a pet or not, let's support the cause by having a beverage after the hike.

We'll hike at Whitetail Woods, hike for about 6 miles (earn our beverage) and then head to North 20 Brewery which is nearby. We'll meet at 1, do introductions, and hike for ~6 miles. We'll hike at about a 16- 16:30ish minute mile pace. The brewery has outdoor seating so if it is nice out, let's enjoy the mood swings of MN weather :) Socializing is a great way to get to know your fellow hikers!!

Tips for hiking:
1. Dress in layers. Layers work well to help you adjust your temperature as you get warm while hiking.
2. Dress for about 10+ degrees warmer than the outside temperature. You will get warm while hiking.
4. Decent shoes. Sandals are not a good option.
5. Bring water as desired.
6. Bug and tick spray are recommended

Dogs are welcome on the hike. Bring enough bags as pick up after your pet is a must. Dogs can be outside at the brewery.

Please keep your RSVP updated. If you are running late due to traffic, or you cannot find your car keys, etc, please comment on the event so we know to wait. We do not want to wait if we do not know if the person is coming. Also, it is respectful to the leaders who are taking time to organize the event.

By signing up you agree to release the organizers, event hosts and other members of the event from any liability. The trails have some uneven surfaces and have rocks and tree roots that sneak up out of the ground and could trip you :) Be prepared for whatever the weather or trail may throw at us!
