White Pass Job Fair + Oktoberfest Celebration

We’re kicking things off with a Job Fair (9am - 12pm) for anyone interested in seasonal recreational work—whether you're a first-time applicant or a returning instructor like I was last year, helping beginners fall in love with the slopes.

Meet the White Pass team, explore open roles, and get inspired to spend your winter in the heart of the Cascades.

Then stick around for our Oktoberfest at the Lodge, 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM where we’ll raise a glass to local brews, music, and the incredible community that makes White Pass so special. It’s the perfect way to meet locals, staff, and fellow adventurers while soaking in the alpine vibes.
