The main goal of this group is to create a community and establish a disciplined approach to exercising in different environments. We want to focus on stretching our bodies and strengthening our minds, while also having a great time and developing a fun workout routine.
We're looking forward to meeting other enthusiasts who are interested in joining us and having a blast throughout the process.
During our events, we'll engage in workouts, stretching, and occasionally meditation. If we're near the ocean, we may even go for a swim.
My aim for this group is to bring together people with similar interests and, as a side benefit, reduce the amount of time I spend in front of a screen, which is a big part of my regular job.
