Join us for a 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow in one of Barcelona’s most beautiful open-air spots.

Together we’ll connect breath and movement to awaken the body, calm the mind, and find balance for the week ahead.

Centering & Breathwork (Pranayama)
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow (all levels)
Restorative postures & final relaxation (Savasana)
