Free pop-up yoga class at Eben G. Fine Park

Join us for a gentle yoga class in Eben G Fine park in west Boulder. I will be attending the weekly Wim-Hof and Boulder creek dip, next to the playground and the shelter, which all are welcome to join. Starts at 10-10:30. Some people bring drums and didgeridoos to play before and afterwards.
That ends roughly 11:30-12, at which time I will be leading the yoga. Best parking is along the far west end of Arapahoe, then walk down the stairs. If you have trouble finding us feel free to call me at 303-246-8867.
