Sunday Morning Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow in the Park with Diana

60min Class Linking breath to movement. We will flow, breathe, and release tension with special focus on our backs, hips, and shoulders. Suitable for all levels.

Lead by Diana Gradstein, RYT

Diana completed her first teacher training in Eugene, Oregon in 2010, and has been teaching ever since. In 2011, she continued her yoga training in the Bay Area, completing her second 200-hour training. She's trained and certified in Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power Yoga and Yoga for At-Risk Youth. She has also completed numerous specialty workshops, including pre and postnatal yoga, and has led retreats around the globe.

-Cost of class is a sliding scale (between $10-$20) based on ability to pay

Other useful tidbits:
-Bring your yoga mat, water, and any sun protection or layers you may need.
-The grass maybe wet it is highly recommended you bring a picnic blanket or towel for under your mat
-Plan to arrive 5-10 min early to set-up your mat and get settled.
