💛WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement.

💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify your yoga practice as needed to stay true to yourself. Modifications and variations will be demonstrated.

💲 Yoga Class Fee = $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo

💛CLASS ITINERARY:
9:00 am~ Yoga Class begins.
10:00-10:15~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation

💛WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.

💛PARKING: Plenty of street parking.
