Do you love yoga? Do you love being outdoors? Let's take advantage of the natural beauty of Vancouver and do yoga outside! Join this group for upcoming yoga classes in beautiful outdoor spaces such as Trout Lake, Sunset Beach, Second Beach and more!
Events include all styles of yoga, and other spiritual events such as breathwork, meditation, qigong, dream workshops, new and full moon gatherings and more. With the emphasis on events being outdoors when the weather permits. Events sometimes have an indoor backup in case of rain. This is Vancouver after all!
I often hold my classes as an intentional ceremony with a collective theme, and engage with an opening and closing circle where people can share a bit about themselves.

Winter Solstice Breathwork, Cacao and Sound Journey
🌙On the longest night of the year, you are warmly invited to a ceremonial evening of cacao, breathwork and sound journeying to nurture light and connection in the stillness of winter.
What to expect this evening:
CEREMONIAL CACAO:
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful medicine that nudges us back to our truth and can be energizing, euphoric and connective. She also helps us tap into our intuition, guiding us towards greater clarity of vision for the next earth cycle. Cacao is also synergistic with breathwork and meditation.
BREATHWORK:
Rather than doing any ‘pre-set’ breathwork, we will tune into the collective field of the participants and Tesla will channel a breathwork that serves the highest path of the group.
SOUND JOURNEY:
Melt your tension away in a soothing candlelit soundbath and allow your mind to drift into a meditative, dreamlike state. 432hz is a sacred musical tuning that balances mind, body and spirit and brings you back to coherence. It correlates to mathematical frequencies in nature and is often used expand consciousness.
POTLUCK FEAST:
To honour solstice tradition, we will cap off the evening with a hearty potluck feast. I will be serving up a nourishing lentil soup. This part is optional but highly recommended as sharing food helps ground the experience. Please bring something vegetarian to share.
