The ones that live in our bodies… for years.
Abortion. Assault. STIs. Sexual Shame.
The moments that changed us, but that the world never made space for.
This Labor Day weekend, I’m holding a sacred space for us to gather as sisters to speak the words that were never heard,
to be witnessed without shame,
to let our bodies release what they’ve carried,
and to remember that we were never meant to carry it alone.
🌸🌵 Optional Flower Essence and Kanna will be served. All activities are optional. You will be met exactly where you are.

Who This Is For
This ceremony is for you if you are carrying:
- The grief or complexity of an abortion—recent or decades past
- The trauma of rape, sexual assault, or coercion
- The stigma or shame of living with an STI
- Silence around a miscarriage or pregnancy loss
- Residues of sexual shame from upbringing, religion, or past relationships
- A longing to reclaim your sensuality, pleasure, and innocence after harm
- A desire for a safe, nonjudgmental space to be witnessed, held, and honored
No matter your story, you will be met with compassion, respect, and confidentiality.

Day One — Feeling What Was Never Held (4 hours)
- Welcome circle with Flower Essence tea, altar offerings, and sacred agreements
- Somatic boundary setting practice
- Guided journaling with prompts; optional Kanna served
- Story sharing and witnessing
- Roleplay dyad dialogues
- Rage and grief ceremony
- Group supportive touch and “Angelic Whispers”
- Snacks & refreshments throughout the day (vegan, gluten-free options)

Day Two — Honoring, Reclaiming, Rebirthing (3 hours)
- Breathwork & live sound bath
- Reconnection to sensuality and playfulness
- Sisterhood dyad exercise
- Sacred letter writing
- Fire and burning ritual
- Ocean sigil ritual (at Spanish Banks)
- Closing celebration with songs and take-home gifts
The exact activities and their sequence may be adapted in the moment to meet the needs and energy of the group.
