You don't have to be Buddha to participate, we will be practicing lying down for full nervous system reset in a small group setting with ultra cozy vibes!

💛We’ll begin by sharing tea, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Transitioning into a guided meditation, enriched by soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other magical instruments. A blissful experience to unwind, connect with your inner peace, strengthen your meditation practice and maybe learn some new techniques and get out of the same old, same old outdated thought patterns. Let's raise our vibe and get more of what you want out of life!
