11:11 Portal: Cacao Ceremony to Ignite Connection

🌟Do you want to use the energy of 11:11 to heighten connection and come back to the truth of who you are?

Join us for an illuminating and connective playshop where we co-create a safe space to be seen, to be as you are, and have fun too!

What to expect this evening:
💖 Breathwork: We will do a short guided seated breathwork to feel blissful and expansive.
💖 Ceremonial Cacao: A heart medicine that invites us deeper into connection, creativity, and intuition. This beautiful drink is brewed with prayer, songs and intention.
💖 Conscious Connection games: With the longer nights, many of us are craving depth beyond the small talk. In a safe supportive container, we invoke the spirit of play to relate more authentically.

4pm Opening Circle with Meditation and Breathwork

7pm onwards: Optional Potluck

We will end with a potluck, which is optional. I will be serving up hearty vegetable lentil soup. Please bring a vegetarian snack or side to share if you are staying for this portion.

The event is at a beautiful private residence in East Van known as the Magic Jungle. It is close to Rupert Station and borders Falaise park.

There is plenty of free street parking.
