After a successful first session last week, we are back again!
We often leave strength and resistance training as a secondary in our fitness, especially when gyms can be quite intimidating with bar bells etc!
This is a nice chance to incorporate strength and resistance into your week with beginner versions/intermediate versions of body weight exercises!

This will be super low pressure, incorporating yoga, pilates and traditional strength movements at whatever pace is good for you!
