A weekly guided bodyweight meetup to get stronger—together.
Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. No gym experience needed, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit!
All ages, genders and fitness levels welcome!
The session will consist of:
5 minute warm up: including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations.
35/45 minute strength: to build muscle. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level.
5/10 minute cardio/plyo: for some happy endorphins!
Cooldown
After, we will go to a cafe nearby for a coffee and treat!

This will be super low pressure, incorporating yoga, pilates and traditional strength movements at whatever pace is good for you! Lots of variations from beginner to advanced. Push yourself or take it easier - no judgement! We also use resistance bands for aome exercaies but there will always be a body weight exercise equivalent!
