Sunday Yoga for the Animals

Let's get down for dogs! Join us March 9 at 11am for Sunday Yoga for the Animals. This week we're celebrating our love for pets and uplifting the great work of SPCA of Wake County with a fun, animal-themed yoga flow and a toast to the pets we love the best.

Class takes place inside the brewery at Trophy Brewing's Maywood location. Bring your mat and any props you like to use. Beginners welcome!

Your donation includes one drink ticket, so stick around after class to enjoy a Trophy pint or non-alcoholic beverage and relax with the crew—great way to start your Sunday FUNday.

*pricing is pay-what-u-can but the suggested donation is $22 **cash/venmo/tap-to-pay at the door
