Today! Sunny evening nature walk at Woodside Park with casual birding

Details
Want to enjoy the sun before the clouds come back? Let's go for a short nature walk on a trail that has some great song bird activity. I'll be bringing some treats for our feathered friends and will have plenty to share.
Look at the event photo for an idea of the terrain. The steepest part has stairs, as the adjacent path is often very slick. Unless it has been cleared very recently, there is a large tree down across the trail that requires a little agility to get past. It's about hip height for me (6'1").
Here is a link to the trail information: https://wvpd.org/woodside-natural-area/
The address is 268 Woodside Dr · Essex, VT 05452. Parking is along the side of the road. I will be driving a black Ford Explorer with VT tags starting with KEF so you know you're in the right place.
We will start with brief ice breakers promptly at 5:30, then head down the trail for some bird watching, then continue with the loop. If you arrive late, you might catch us if we're lingering with the birds.
