WATCHUNG RESERVATION

Hike limited to 25 participants. (Experienced trail walkers only.) About 10 miles (includes one hour on streets). From Summit station use local streets to enter Reservation, and hike parts of Sierra and History trails. Pass through Feltville Deserted Village. Return to station via different local streets. Trails are rocky, often wet, with many tree roots. No sneakers! Hiking poles recommended. Some short, steep hills. No toilets until after lunch. (We’ll use woods.) DO NOT SIGN UP IF THIS HIKE IS NOT FOR YOU.

Meet NY Penn Station near NJT ticket windows 8:45 am for 9:11 Morristown Line train. RT Summit. RT fare about $20. (Seniors $10.60.)
