Jersey Side of the Hudson - Jersey City to Weehawken

7-8 Miles. Time: 4 to 5 hours.
Walk at a slow pace (some ups and downs) along the Jersey side of the Hudson River waterfront, taking in the scenic views from Exchange Place PATH station, Jersey City, to Port Imperial Ferry Terminal, Weehawken. Visit the Burr–Hamilton duel site and the Stevens Institute of Technology.
Meet outside of the Exchange Place PATH terminal at 11 A.M. (Take the PATH train from the World Trade Center and get off at the first stop: Exchange Place, OR Take the PATH train at 33rd St to GROVE St and change there for a train to Exchange Place, which will be one stop away.) Bathrooms are available at various locations near the station.
To return to NYC, take the ferry at Port Imperial or the light rail to the PATH station in Hoboken or Jersey City.
PATH fare: $3.00/Seniors $1.50 (must contact PATH to obtain senior Smartlink fare card). Ferry Fare $10.00/Seniors $9.25. Light rail fare is $2.55/Seniors $1.25.
