MOTHERS DAY OVER THE GWB TO JAPAN

Join us this Mother’s Day for a guided walk of approximately seven miles, featuring scenic views from the George Washington Bridge. The route includes a stop at Fort Lee Historic Park, offering notable photo opportunities overlooking the Hudson River and the surrounding area; a visit to a former artist colony; and a walk along the beautiful Greenway to Mitsuwa Marketplace. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch and can enjoy shopping at Mitsuwa. The walk will be moderately paced; sneakers are appropriate. Please bring water and snacks.

Meet at the third-floor waiting room of the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal (179th Street and Fort Washington Avenue), where seating and restrooms are available. The meeting time is 10:15 AM. The event will be canceled in the case of severe inclement weather. Limited to 20 persons. Then a waitlist.

NJ Transit buses are available from Mitsuwa Marketplace, providing transportation to Midtown Manhattan and the George Washington Bridge. Please check bus schedules in advance.
