What we’re about

Grew up in Hawaii as a Boy Scout. Though the dumb Boy Scout manual doesn't apply to the islands, I do use the skills of rope tying to fire and shelter building. Even farming and gardening.

I practice the Food Forest technique. Everything from Permaculture, companion planting, to garden design. Let us design your garden or farm. I am also a certified Pemaculture instructor from Geoff Lawton's Permaculture Global group from Zaytuna Farms in Australia.

We will be meeting on weekends when I'm off. Most likely Saturdays before lunch at 10am. We can meet at the campsite, Magic Island, or at my farm in Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands.

Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands , Across 94-1211 Kunia Road,, Kunia, HI, US

Greetings. This event will be a 5 acre free farm tour and the option of picking your own fruit, herbs, and vegetables for for $40/bag $20/half bag (grocery size).
An introduction to Permaculture, the food forest technique and why am I using it.
Please use the restroom before you arrive and look at the drop pin carefully the day before. Especially if you are a Verizon customer as the signal at the farm is weak.

On the day of the tour, follow my dropped link on the messages and I will meet you all by 10:00 AM. It is a dirt road so make sure to drive slowly and expect rocky terrain and small rocks.

At the Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands gate (Google map), let the gate guard know that you are there for the "Farm Tour".
Feel free to bring your own lunch, drink, mosquito repellent, and hat.
