What we’re about

Do you count BOTH alt/indie concert-going and hiking among your most beloved activities? Do you want to sit around an open campfire and geek out about your favorite indie/alt rock, folk, country, electronic album this month? Perhaps you have strong opinions about the content on Pitchfork, Stereogum, Consequence of Sound, Gorilla vs. Bear, KEXP, NPR, Bandcamp and your Spotify Discover Weekly playlist!?
If I know this crowd like I think I do, you might also love tech or film or books or art... And so, the mission of the group is to bring our niche of indie/alt music fans + outdoors addicts together to share passion, swap recommendations, get to the trees, and make new friends!

--POLICIES TO NOTE--

No Shows: 2 no-shows will result in removal from the group. It is difficult to host a quality event for the group if we're waiting around for people who don't show up. Please show your new friends (that's us!) some courtesy and be sure to add events to your calendar so you don't forget your RSVP. And if it turns out you can't make it, you can comment on an event thread, un-RSVP or send me a private message any time before the event to ensure your not marked a no-show. Thanks for your understanding.
