OUT in HK (OIHK), established in August 2014, is a non-commercial group that welcomes all members and friends of the LGBT+ community in Hong Kong with an interest in developing a fit and healthy lifestyle.

We organise and promote regular events that are active, social, and fun. Activities include hiking, running, rock climbing, swimming, yoga, sailing, kayaking, bowling, trampoline bouncing, camping, strength training boot camp, tennis, basketball, football, beach clean-ups (onshore and underwater), diving, volleyball, and badminton.
