VGL San Diego: Dodgeball Draft League Fall 2022

VARSITY GAY LEAGUE | DODGEBALL | DRAFT LEAGUE 2022

VGL Draft League is the most social, exciting and active annual event!
This league is perfect for brand new players, or experienced veterans that want a chance to play with new folx. And everyone in between.
All players register as Free Agents and will be drafted onto different teams to create balanced play.

8 Week No-Sting Dodgeball League @ Golden Hill Recreation Center
League Starts: Thursday, Sept 29th
$10 Open Play: Sept 22nd (6:30pm-8:45pm)

6:30pm-6:50pm - Practice Warm up Time
6:50pm- 8:40pm - Game Time

8-12 Team Maximum
12 Players Per Team: 10 On a Court
50 Minute Games

HOW DRAFT LEAGUE WORKS
Registration Closes 1 Week Before the League Starts.
All "Free Agents" will arrive to the an open gym, 1 week before the league starts, meet the captains, and show off their dodgeball skills.
Then, Captains will blind draft players based on their self assessment of skills when registering.
Teams will then be introduced, choose a team name, and the league begins!
No one is left behind, and everyone gets chosen first!!
This is a great way to start new dynasties and create new competition.

Anyone is welcome to register! This is the perfect league for a brand new player or the wily veteran looking for a new level of competition.

ALL PLAYERS REGISTER AS FREE AGENTS

Teams are encouraged to create their own apparel and look.

All Sexualities, Genders and Personalities are welcome.
