Michigan’s First Native American Music Festival held on Anishinaabek land in Detroit, Michigan, otherwise known as Waawiyaatanong. Held at the Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation -- which is a nice event space.

A convergence of the modern and the traditional, Vibes With The Tribes features a music festival at night with popular Native acts from all over Turtle Island and, a mini powwow during the day, braiding together past, present and future.

Once I get a schedule for this event -- we can decide what time to arrive for the music portion -- most likely early evening. If anyone wants to attend the powwow, put in comments since John will probably be going earlier to attend.
