You agree to act responsibly, respect other attendees, exercise good judgement, follow any reasonable event guidelines, and take appropriate precautions before, during, and after the event.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outside The Routine Socials, its organiser, event hosts, volunteers, and community members shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, theft, accidents, or other incidents arising from or connected with your participation in an event.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
- Guests & Third Parties
If you bring guests to an event, you are responsible for making reasonable efforts to ensure they are aware of these terms and understand the importance of behaving responsibly and respecting event guidelines.
Every attendee remains responsible for their own conduct, safety, personal belongings, and interactions with others.
Events may involve other communities, Meetup groups, organisers, venues, businesses, or individuals, including groups that may not be specifically focused on singles or dating.
Outside The Routine Socials is not responsible for the independent actions, decisions, arrangements, or activities of third parties, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Photography, Videography & Media Consent
Photography, videography, audio recording, or other forms of media capture may take place at events organised by Outside The Routine Socials.
Any use of identifiable photographs or recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, publicity, or community-related purposes will be subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws and any consent required by law.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organiser before the event or speak to the event host upon arrival. Reasonable steps will be taken to respect your preference, although incidental capture in busy social settings may not always be entirely avoidable.
Where separate or explicit consent is legally required, it will be obtained before the relevant use of your image or recording. You may also contact the organiser to discuss any concerns about media featuring you.
- Acknowledgement & Release
By attending, you acknowledge your responsibility to participate safely, behave respectfully, and take reasonable care of yourself and your belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold Outside The Routine Socials, its organiser, event hosts, volunteers, or community members liable for claims, losses, damages, or demands arising from your participation in an event or from the lawful use of event photographs, videos, or recordings in accordance with these terms.
This provision does not exclude any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
