We’re a welcoming workout community focused on consistency, accountability, and having fun while getting stronger together. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already experienced, this group is for anyone looking for motivation, encouragement, and good people to train alongside. Our workout sessions are at 7am, 8am, and 9am Monday through Friday.
Our workout format is as follows:
Monday: Endurance training
Tuesday: Strength training
Wednesday: Agility training
Thursday: Strength training
Friday: HIIT
We use a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and functional movement training to keep workouts effective, challenging, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
No pressure, no egos — just a positive group of people showing up for themselves and each other. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and build healthy habits with a supportive community. Your first week is free!
