Experience winter’s magic on our Frozen Falls Adventure, a scenic hike to the icy wonder of Awosting Falls in Minnewaska State Park, followed by a cozy, communal farm-to-table feast at Bobo's Farm.
We’ll kick off the day at The Standard Biergarten before heading north to the Hudson Valley. After our hike through peaceful winter woods and arriving at the frozen falls (one of the region’s most photogenic winter scenes), we’ll transition to Bobo's Farm near Gardiner, NY for the centerpiece of the day: a whole roast lamb feast served in a warm and rustic yurt setting.
At Bobo's Farm, you’ll gather around long tables within a cozy yurt, and the whole lamb will be ceremonially brought out—still sizzling, expertly carved, and ready to share.
