Bridle Trails evening walk, Moderate to Brisk pace

Details

I am finding I need some accountability to get out and do some conditioning for backpacking. Come join me at Bridle Trails State Park

We will walk 4+ miles (We can combine trails to make it longer) at a 2-3 mph pace. I will be carrying extra weight, but you do not have to...although it is a good challenge. For the 4 mile loop expect it to take about 1.5 hours at a good clip.

Meet at 5:20, start walking at 5:30

We can do a picnic at the park afterwards (optional). Bring food for yourself for dinner, and something to share (again optional).

Directions: From I-405 north, take exit 17, signed for NE 70th St. Turn right onto 116th Ave NE. At the NE 60th St stop sign, continue straight ahead to the park.
Note the parking in the middle of the lot is supposed to be designated for horse trailers, please park along the edges. Discover Pass required.

Please no dogs
Please ask organizer before bringing guests.

*It is possible we each may decide to do different loops, it is hike at your own risk/find your own way. I will not be sweeping for slower hikers.
