Whitstable to Herne Bay Coastal Walk + (optional) Pub

The walk will start at Whitstable Station and end in Herne Bay. We'll walk through the Whitstable Harbour & Boat Show, and when we arrive in Herne Bay, some may be interested in their Carnival Day with free stuff & fireworks going on.

For those that want it, Wetherspoon pub-grub will be factored in at some point.

I recommend you book through South Western Trains https://www.southwesternrailway.com/ from Victoria to Herne Bay, you can get an open return for £31.80. The outgoing train would have to be 9.40am at latest. You can use your free passes to Swanley, but it only saves 80p.

There are cheaper deals around, but they are restrictive.

I ask for a nominal contribution of £2 to help cover Meetup organiser fees. Or you can pay £4 to last you through Aug. No shrapnel please.
