Green Circular Walk - Ilford To Wanstead + (optional) Pub

The train strike looks like its going ahead, but the Elizabeth Line will be running. So I'm going to postpone the Chigwell walk in favour of this circular walk from Ilford to Wanstead via the River Roding and Wanstead Park/Forest.

We're meeting at Ilford Station at 11am, we'll stop for a cuppa halfway, and return to the Wetherspoon in Ilford. If people would prefer to have our post-walk goodies in the café by the lake in Valentines Park, then we can do that instead of the pub.

If any of the Woodford ladies come, a 179 bus will take you to Ilford.

I ask for a nominal contribution of £2 to help cover Meetup organiser fees, or you can pay £4 for the whole of Sept. No shrapnel please.
