Meal and drinks

We are booking an area in a pub where members can order food from the bar menu and have a few drinks and go to know the other attendees. As this is our first meetup it would be good to talk about other events that would interest them.

I am still awaiting confirmation from the venue so there is a possibility it could change but we will keep it to the same area. Attendees will pay for their own food and drinks there will not be a group bill.

I am putting an RSVP of Wednesday evening to be able to give the pub numbers. I indicated that the number might be around 10 but did say it could be less or more than that and I would give a figure/estimate on Thursday.

If you say you are going and your circumstances change please change your RSVP by Wednesday evening to allow anybody who may be on the waitlist to attend. If there is a waitlist I will ask the pub if they can accommodate a higher number
