Film: The Salt Path, Tuesday, 23rd Sept, 2pm, Ropetackle, Shoreham
Walking to find the way to happiness. The Salt Path is about a true story of a couple whom lost everything when their house was reposessed by the bank. Saying 'What the fuck' to the world, they set out on their own exploration and on the way find themselves after great tribulations and trials (and a bit of rain -- welcome to England).
A 630 mile trek along southern coastlines with only a tent and the barest of essentials, this adaptation of the great book is both intelligent and impressive.
