Conifer to Opaheke loop on a fine day.

There's a new cycle loop just opened in Opaheke. Lets go and have a look. Park at the Brylee drive reserve, Conifer Grove.

From there we will head to the Southern Motorway cycle track to Karaka. We will take a quick tour of Pararekau Island. Then cross Hingaia road, through some quiet streets in Karaka to Park Green where we ride the cycle path there. Back on Park Estate rd to the Gt. South road. Cross on Bellfield Rd and into the new housing delvelopment. One loop of the new cycle path and then to Opaheke Rd, Boundary Rd and make our way to Cosgrave and then the cycle path on Bruce Pulman park and back to Conifer.

Coffee will be at Songbird in Waiata Shores after the ride.

Around 31km and pretty flat. A few quiet roads and cycle paths.

Please bring a spare tube for your particular bike wheel size.
We travel at average 15ks an hour except for down hills.
We have a tail end Charlie to make sure riders do not get lost. We are not too fond of leaving people behind.
