I have been an illegal member of this group for well over a year now. Doesn't matter, time eventually catches up to you. What better way to celebrate becoming a full member than with a bike ride!
I realize that it is all down hill from now, although some of you are doing remarkably well. Its just the luck of the genes mainly, and how much cycling you do!
Just to be clear in case anybody is confused, this is not a private party, but rather a normal Over 60 ride with a strange title, so everybody is welcome even if you haven't met me before. And, I am just kidding about legal members only, in case we have any under 60s!

If coming from the Southern Motorway take the Highbrook exit and drive along till Cryers Rd. Park in Echelon Place.

We are doing the gravel ride along Highbrook Drive, then Seaside Park, then up the hill to Highbrook park. My reconnaisance ride came up a bit short at 20km. I have an idea for some more distance. However, its likely to be stinking hot so we might just stick to the 20k. We'll see. Its all smooth gravel with one small hill so should be ok for everybody. See the Strava picture below for route detail

Once back at the start we go to Woolfy's for coffee.

Please bring a spare tube for your particular bike wheel size.
We travel at average 15ks an hour.
We have a tail end Charlie to make sure riders do not get lost. We are not too fond of leaving people behind.
Assistance will be rendered for any mechanical issues but we are not bike mechanics.
