Two senate bills that came up last week are coming up tomorrow March 13 at 1 o’clock. The bills are harmful to transportation safety and we need you to show up. SB 1140 prioritize motor vehicles over all other road users without considering the impact on pedestrian and bicyclist safety.

SB 1144 would make it illegal to narrow any non-residential collector or artery highway. So AC HD couldn’t remove or narrow lanes, even when doing so would improve safety.
