French Bistro Cooking Class

Cooking with Greens is offering a French Bistro Feast Cooking Class.

It looks wonderful.

We will create (and eat!) :
French Onion Soup
Coq Au Vin Blanc
Haricots Verts Almondine
Chocolate Pots De Creme

The focus is on creating a delicious meal but also learning practical tips and tricks along the way. From sautéing and braising to plating like a pro.

The price is advertised at $225 per couple. However, after speaking to the owner, we do not have to attend paired up. His preferred class size is 3-5, keeping it intimate and providing lots of hands on opportunities for all attendees. Feel free to invite a friend.
