French Bistro Cooking Class

Cooking with Greens is offering a French Bistro Feast Cooking Class.

It looks wonderful.

We will create (and eat!) :
French Onion Soup
Coq Au Vin Blanc
Haricots Verts Almondine
Chocolate Pots De Creme

The focus is on creating a delicious meal but also learning practical tips and tricks along the way. From sautéing and braising to plating like a pro.

The price is $225 per couple so we'll have to pair up and stick to an even number for this event. Space is becoming limited.
