March Read; Remarkably Bright Creatures

We chose Remarkably Bright Creatures for the March read. I've been meaning to get to this book.

We can plan to watch the movie when it comes out.

The story is about a widow, Tova, who took a job on the night shift. Keeping busy has always helped her cope. She makes an unlikely friendship with a giant Pacific octopus living at the aquarium. Marcellus deduces what happened the night Tova's son disappeared. The book explores connection, memory and finding meaning after loss.

I'll post a trip to the Virginia Marine Science Museum as well.

We can meet at the Column 15 coffee shop connected to the Mariner's Museum. I'd love to walk the Noland Trail afterwards.
