Yorktown Sister Cities French Market and Picnic

Each year, Yorktown celebrates its relationship with sister city, Port-Vendres, France, another coastal city. I thought it would be appropriate for our novel, which heavily features community, music, water and fresh food.
The Farmer's Market for this event is always nice and well attended. I look forward to it each year.
We can meet and check out the market. I'll arrange a French style picnic above the market near the obelisk. I'll plan to have everything ready at 12:30
Parking is usually very limited. You'll probably have to park in a satellite area but there's shuttle service. Carpooling encouraged for this reason.
Weather dependent, of course.
