La Vita Dolce - Richmond Version

In keeping with our current novel, The Amalfi Curse, I propose a trip to Richmond to visit the Italian Gardens at Maymont, followed by a trip to the Virginia Fine Arts Museum to view Italian and European art from the time period.

Optional: Dinner at The Lost Letter.
I've heard great things about this restaurant and have wanted to visit for awhile. It looks like a gorgeous restaurant. They specialise in Piedmont based modern Italian with classic influences.

I am adding a reservation deadline but only for the restaurant. We will definitely require a reservation. You can send me a note if you want to join the day trip portion after the reservation is closed.
