Philippa explains:

"Every person has a right to experience meaning, balance and joy in their life, and I’m passionate about helping people to discover ways of removing the obstacles that are blocking this process.

As a self-employed, married mother of two children, I have plenty of personal experience of the challenges of juggling /balancing life and work. Or rather, of finding a way to integrate all aspects and areas of life into some sort of cohesive whole.

My own therapeutic journey has led me to explore spirituality and its many paths, which evolved into creating stress and anxiety management workshops that integrate conventional therapeutic tools and techniques including CBT with supporting approaches like meditation and visualisation. As an artist, I also greatly enjoy helping people to explore creative arts as an accessible way to support the healing process.

It can be quite daunting to come along to a group like this, especially at times when you are experiencing stress or anxiety. But together as a group, we can collaborate to share and make progress.

I look forward to welcoming you!"
