Take a mindful pause in your weekend and join us for a gentle, restorative Somatic Session – combining principles from Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Yoga, and Neuroscience-based nervous system regulation.
These monthly sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, release held tension, and find a sense of steadiness and calm from within. Each class is trauma-informed, science-backed, and accessible to all – no prior yoga or somatic experience needed.
We explore how the body can become an ally in moments of stress, using slow movement, breath awareness, and grounding techniques that support your nervous system to shift out of survival mode and into ease.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate and supportive, allowing time for reflection, integration, and a deep sense of connection.
