Starting this Wednesday, April 23 we're starting a whatsapp group to do just that.

Taken from the final chapter of theApril bookclub book, Not Nice by Dr. Aziz Gazipura, we'll see what we can accomplish.

Don't have the book? That's ok. Every evening, I will post the next day's challenge so you can follow along.

In the WhatsApp group, we'll encourage each other, celebrate wins and bring up (and hopefully solve) any challenges we may find along the way.

If you would like to join, just let me know and I will add you to our WhatsApp group.

It's ok if you can't make it to the group every day.

It's also ok if you join us part way through!

This is a low/no pressure challenge to see what we can do. The point isn't to win the challenge. Even one small step forward is enough to start to change your life in the best of ways. Never underestimate the small steps!
