Come join us for another book club MeetUp!
In January, we're going to stay with the topic of "fawning".

You may have seen the Newsletter I sent out at the end of November. In it, I recommended a podcast and one of the hosts has a new book out.

It's called, "Are You Mad at Me? How to Stop Focusing on What Others Think and Start Living for You" and is by Meg Josephson.

It's a more personal look at people pleasing and fawning.

As a psychotherapist, Meg is skilled at helping people, including herself, recover from debilitating people pleasing and fawning behaviour. Although it may feel uncomfortable at times, she gets to the root of the problem and offers compassionate and insightful strategies to conquer it.

I'm sure you'll recognize yourself in her relatable descriptions and stories.

Although the book is currently only available in a hardcover, ebook and audio book editions ot should also be available at thr library.

Reserve your book now!

It's also a great idea to keep your eyes open for sales during this holiday season.

Hope to see you at the MeetIp!
