In this supportive, no-pressure meetup, we’ll talk openly about the stress and discomfort that can come with meeting new people, navigating awkward conversations, or just feeling “on” all the time.

What we’ll cover:

- Why social stress happens — and how to handle it better
- Sharing stories and tips with people who get it
- Practical tools you can use right away to relax in social situations
