Yoga Onboarding w Yoga Moderne

Think of this as Yoga 101. It's a time to come and learn HOW to take a yoga class. It can be intimidating to walk into a studio, this event will help build your confidence. Learn basic etiquette without worrying about offending any regulars or being snickered at for doing things "wrong". This is NOT an actual yoga class, but we will demonstrate a few poses and help get you familiar with the basics. We have mats that are free to use. All equipment is provided. The class will be appropriate for all yoga experience levels. Yoga here is inclusive and available for every Body.
