OWASP Buea is excited to collaborate with GDG On Campus University of Buea and Faculty of Engineering and Technology Cyber Guardians Club for a hands-on Introduction to API Security Workshop, designed to help developers and security enthusiasts build strong foundations in API security.

This beginner-focused session goes beyond theory. You’ll explore real-world API vulnerabilities and see how common security flaws impact modern systems then put that knowledge into practice.

• OWASP API Security Top 10 Overview: Learn the most critical API risks and why they matter in real-world applications.
• Live API Vulnerability Exploration: Deep dives into issues like Broken Object Property Level Authorization (BOPLA), Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), and unsafe consumption of APIs.
