Come and join us for an evening of fun with a Capture the Flag (CTF) event that walks you through the day and life of a security-focused developer. You will embark upon three hands-on labs that showcase everything from development in your IDE (“shift-left”) to automating your security scanning with GitHub actions.
No development experience is necessary to join in on this fun!

There are a few pre-requisites:

• Windows/Mac/Linux Computer
• Polaris Access (given at CTF)
• GitHub Account (free account)
• Visual Studio Code

Optional: CTF Lab 3 (Part 2) Requirements

• Java
• Maven
• If running on a Mac, Xcode must be installed

Approximate schedule:
4:00 - Doors open. Come for networking and refreshments!
4:15 - Activities begin!
6:00 EOE (End of Event)
