**Speaker 1: Dave Burke (Sr. Principal Security Engineer, Amazon)**
Dave Burke is a Senior Principal Security Engineer in Amazon Security, where he has worked for 20 years. Over that time, he's worked on all aspects of security from building internal IDS systems to operate at Amazon scale, to the first efforts to move Amazon workloads into the cloud. He's currently supporting diverse teams supporting Amazon Healthcare initatives, and working on company-wide efforts to raise the bar for security in the cloud.

**Talk Title:** Growing your security career in an ever changing landscape
**Description**: In this talk, Dave will be covering:
\* Understanding how to grow your career and maintain relevent skills.
\* What make successful and scalable security solutions, that sustain over a long duration.
\* How to avoid burn out in security.

**Speaker 2:** Vaibhav Gaikwad (Security Professional)

**Talk Title:** Subtle IAM Policy Patterns That Break Least Privilege
**Description**: This session begins with the fundamentals of how IAM policy evaluation works, exploring decision logic, condition handling, and how permissions are determined. With that foundation, it highlights subtle policy patterns that appear correct but quietly weaken least-privilege design. Attendees will learn how small nuances in condition evaluation can lead to broader access than intended and how to structure policies that reliably enforce least privilege.

This will be an exciting evening, however please note there is a limited capacity at the venue so please ensure you register early. Also, attendees will be **required to bring a government ID for verification** at the venue entrance.
