CTF (Capture The Flag) is a type of computer security competition. Contestants are presented with a set of challenges and puzzles which test their creativity, technical skills, vulnerability-finding skills and problem-solving ability. The challenges usually cover a number of categories of vulnerabilities in source code and when solved, each yields a “flag” which is submitted to a real-time scoring service. The difficulty levels are from beginner to advanced.
IMPORTANT: Please bring your own LAPTOP and a CHARGER for it.
The Top 3 scorers will win exciting prizes generously provided by the OWASP London Chapter sponsors.
Participation is FREE, but the number of seats is strictly limited and registration is required to attend.
Please remember to bring your own laptop!
HOW TO FIND THE VENUE:
The event will take place in the Monzo event space which is at the back of the Boardwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2DA. Once you get to the Boardwalk House, please do not try to use the main circular-shaped entrance - instead please keep walking along Appold Street towards the back of the building and you will see the glowing neon "monzo" logo through the glass double-doors - this is the venue!
