149. Münchner OWASP-Stammtisch im 'Café am Josephsplatz' (U2 Josephsplatz)

Hallo zusammen,
Am Montag, den 13.10.2025, 18:30 Uhr findet der OWASP-Stammtisch in München im Café am Josephsplatz statt (geänderter Tag).

Agenda:

• Vortrag (Englisch): Secure Architecture Patterns: Security Technologists’ Blueprints for a Good Night’s Sleep (Onur Zengin, CISSP)
  This session dives into secure architecture patterns that help engineers and security professionals build systems that give them peace of mind at night. We explore classic design principles — like Defense-in-Depth, Least Privilege, Segmentation, and Logging & Monitoring — illustrated with “what went wrong” stories from the past. The session also covers modern topics, including AI, cloud, and quantum computing, showing how security patterns are evolving to meet new challenges. During the session, we hope to engage participants to hear about their experiences with these patterns and gather their thoughts on security architecture in general.
  Onur Zengin (https://de.linkedin.com/in/onurzengin) is a security professional at Gemtek, where he serves as Director of Product Security / Chief Security Architect. He also enjoys contributing to open-source projects and standards bodies. Over the past twenty years, he’s had the chance to work with companies like Intel, Nokia, Kone, and Thales, learning a lot about system security along the way. Onur is thrilled to share his experiences with the OWASP community once again—and hopefully pick up a few new insights from fellow security enthusiasts as well!
