Leader Town Hall 3

In this Leaders' Town Hall, we will be showcasing (if available) our new association management platform, which will likely be ready by June 2022. The AMS requires Leaders to be members. Only 33% of leaders are members, so we need to discuss how best this can work. It's likely that all chapters, projects, committees, and the Board will be treated similarly to each other, so the fewer unique requirements the better. We may need to deem all Leaders as complimentary members, which has policy and bylaw implications, as well as legal implications. We can discuss all these options at the Town Hall.

To demonstrate the impact on policy, we will be showing the latest draft of the Chapter policy, and associated changes that will enable regional chapters, but also modify some other policies to bring them into line with the Chapter Policy and operationalize policy using the new AMS.
